Booking & Payment
Booking must be made at least 24 hours before departure.
Full payment is required to secure your seat.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on availability or partner rates.
Guests are responsible for providing correct name, number of participants, pickup location, and contact details.
2. Cancellation Policy
48 hours before departure: Free cancellation.
24–48 hours before departure: 10% fee.
Less than 24 hours / same day: 100% charge (non-refundable).
No-show: No refund.
Weather or operational cancellations by the operator will receive free reschedule or full refund.
3. Schedule & Weather Conditions
Sea conditions may affect snorkeling points and tour routes.
The operator may change the itinerary for safety reasons.
Departure time may vary due to tides and harbor regulations.
High tide may require wet boarding in Sanur Harbor (feet will get wet).
4. Pickup & Transport
Hotel pickup times are approximate; guests must be ready 10 minutes earlier.
If the guest is late for pickup, the driver may continue to the next stop.
Missed departures due to late arrival are considered no-show and non-refundable.
5. Health & Safety
Not recommended for pregnant travelers, guests with heart conditions, serious asthma, or recent surgery.
Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
Life jackets and snorkeling gear are provided; guests must follow guide instructions.
Personal belongings are the guest’s responsibility.
6. Insurance
Some operators include basic passenger insurance; coverage varies by boat company.
Guests are encouraged to have their own travel insurance.
7. Snorkeling Rules
Snorkeling is subject to sea conditions and safety.
Manta sightings are not guaranteed.
Guests must use life jackets unless otherwise permitted by the guide.
8. Photography & Media
Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional materials unless guests request otherwise.
9. Special Requests
